Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
I lived at HR for 3 years. My roomate and I loved it. The only problems were with neighbors and that was easy to avoid. In know they have spiked up the rent a bit, but, it's worth it. They are a great community.

Parking, if you don't live in HR, is a ----- however.

I give HR a rating of 9.5
