The people who work here are great--friendly and on top of it! Whenever we had a maintenance problem it was taken care of immediately and anytime I went into the office to take care of stuff I was always given friendly attention.
Okay, so the apartments themselves aren't much to speak of but they are relatively good sized and fairly clean.
My 3 complaints: loud on Thursday nights and through the weekend (but that's to be expected with all the students around), the stoves are electric, and in the building I was in the water heater was run on a pilot light so every now and then it would go out and we'd have to call maintenace to relight it...but other than that, thumbs up!
