Problems that I have encountered:
1.Maintance will not fix anything and if they do it is half-ass
2.They lied to me and told me there had been no break-in's in the past 5 years. In reality, just last year there were several break-in's on ground level Apts.
3.The heating and cooling is awefull. The heat is from radiators. It was 55deg in the apartment and they told us there was noting they could do, their insulation is so bad the heat would go right through the walls. They gave us a little space heater, but of course we had to pay for the electric bill for it. In the summer our AC unit was very old and would not work well. It was still extremely hot when it was on! They would not give us a new one, or one that at least worked.
4.If you like to wake up to the sound of barking dogs, then this is the place for you.
5.If you like to be attacked by dogs or step in poop you should live here.
6.parking is horriable.
7.management is dumber than a box of rocks and are liers!
