i lived here for two years out of laziness and not wanting to move all of my stuff again until i was done with school. I ran into many problems living here making life extremely frusterating.
Parking is a nightmare, I actually had to go to the office and PROVE that my boyfriend didnt live with me secretly because apparently he was in the visitor parking lot too much...
Maintenence left a LADDER up against the building after measuring for screens one night, i saw it when i came home from class at 9:30...and of course there were no screen on the windows. Another time, after reporting a broken lock, they tried to fix it before leaving time at 5 and since it wasnt fixed by then, he just left us with no lock on our door one night!
MY neighbors were HORRIBLE! They would party any night of the week and even after I would try to let them know how noisy they were, office was no help, they just told me to call the police, who also didn't help by the way. They only created hostility between neighbors forced to live by each other.
There were lots of break-ins on the ground level apartments and both my car and my roommates were broken into and I have seen some major vandalizing done to other cars near mine.
ONE good thing was the size of the apartments they are pretty big...thats about all
