I lived here for 3 years and didn't really have any major complains except for maybe parking. I lived on the first floor and we were never broken into. But parking was another story-people always parked in your spot, I got towed for no reason, my car was floured, and someone broke in my car and stole crappy CDs.

The manager was really nice and we never had any problems with her. Sure the place was pretty ghetto, but the only reason we stayed was because we were too lazy to move plus it was so close to campus and ridiculously cheap if you paid by semester and got the GPA discount. We were also able to have a dog which was nice considering most apartments in K-zoo don't tolerate dogs. For the money I don't think we could have gotten a better deal! I split a one bedroom and paid like $240 a month with water and heat included after all of the discounts. I think we really lucked out because for the most part our apartment was very quiet and we rarely had problems with our neighbors. We also had a brand new bathroom which was really nice!
