Noisy - you will hear your neighbours walking, having sex, etc. Ocassionally there are all night parties outside. Parking is always a problem. Heating is included in the rent [and maybe therefore] is awful. You need to buy your own heater and pay electricity if you want the temperature to be more than 65-68. This year there were 5 days without hot water. The water dissapeared on Friday and on Moday we got a note on the door 'Good news - we are getting a new heater; bad news - we will not have hot water for next 48 hours'. Loise is terrible - very sweet and absolutely not helpful.
Oh, and if you forget to pay the bill - she will remind you the morning you need to pay an extra 30$. And if you lose the cheap plastic they use for parking permits you'll pay another 30$!
However you get a big living room and one big bedroom! Very close to campus!
So decent I guess...
