This is without a doubt the worst place to live in this area. Most of your neighbors don't get along. The number one problem here is the parking! Basically, there is none! I'm paying to have 2 parking spots and i don't have any! You have to pay extra for 2 parking spots and you aren't guarenteed to have even one! Then if you don't feel like dealing with the person in your spot and you just move to another to wait until your spot opens up again, think again!! You move and odds are your car will be keyed by someone cuz they think that you're the one being a jerk! There is visitor parking but no one wants to use it and then towing isn't going on in here so you have no choice but to risk having your car keyed or worse. I've seen cars have their back windows busted out with bricks and nothing could be done because there's no security either! The only thing you can do is make sure you have full coverage on your cars and pray to God that your spot is available. Then if you decide to live here after that then you better hope nothing breaks on you cuz somehow it will be your fault! you better have a roommate to witness any accidents or else you're paying for them. Someone tried to break into my neighbors apartment on the first floor and the cops said that someone tried to break in but they said that it was her dog who broke the window! Then her neighbors air conditioner caught fire in the middle of summer and they blamed the tenant for it! You'll be living the life of stress if you decide to move here. So be smart and stay away!
