This place sucks. In the middle of the winter, good luck getting out of the parking lot. They plow down the middle of the lot and shove all the snow right behind the cars.... if it gets plowed at all. The only good thing is that the bus stop is right outside and it's close to campus. Not many college kids live here so it's no fun at all in the summer. The townhomes down the road are the spot to be. The floor squeaks like crazy and if the people next door walk around it sounds like they're in your apartment. There are 6 visitor parking spots right by the office that are almost always full so good luck having anyone over. There aren't any outlets in the bathrooms and it takes about 10 minutes for the shower to get to a bearable temperature. Some mornings it is scorching hot and other mornings it takes 10 minutes for it to get warm at all. The bedrooms are freezing cold in the winter... I actually get ice on the inside of my window some days!!! The heat in this place is a joke too.

I agree with everything you said, especially about the noise from the neighbors. I can hear exactly what's on their tv, radio, and I can hear them in the bathroom. That's not anything I want to hear. Also there is black mold in the bathrooms and my half bath doesn't have any water pressure. I can't flush the toilet or run the cold water. I hate this place. Run away. Far far away.
