It was a great place to live two years ago. Since 2004 after the new management took over everything is not the same anymore. Maintenance gets drag on to weeks, dog poop on the doorway lawn (yes, they allow animal now), housing office door is alway locked even during office hours (Probably getting too much complaints from the tenant). With the rent I'm paying it is totally not worth it. I'm moving out soon.
