I lived in these apartments for 5 years on and off. In 2003 they were bought out by a new company and ever since then it has been horrible. In the last year there have been 3 site managers and sometimes long strechs of time without any manager. They removed the Security gaurds and I know of three seperate case of auto breakins. They are now charging tenats for water, however, they take the total water bill and divide it up by number of residents and then send everyone a bill. (I am not even sure if it is legal)
