Lake Forest is a decent apartment complex, but it is going down hill fast! The biggest problem is the management!!! If you have a problem, good luck getting them to resolve it. It takes numerous attempts even to speak with someone and once you do it takes months to get something done, even at the corporate level. There have been automobile break-ins and the management does nothing. When there is a maintence issue, it takes at least 3 calls to get someone there and then it isn't even fixed properly. And now, there are charges for water and sewage that are prorated throughout the community. Lake Forest is a joke! Don't live here!
