I lived there for a year and after moving out they are trying to charge me all of these bull ---- fee's eventhough my roomate and I kept the place in perfect condition. they didn't give us a fitness center key and are trying to charge me a hundred dollars to replace it. they also didn't have any blinds on the window and are trying to charge me forty dollars to replace that.There are always bugs all over the place in the apartment because they are so old. I would say to stay the hell away. Also the people beneath us had to move out because of a fungus problem, and lake forest management would not do anything about it.
