Overall, a decent place to live

I've been at this place for about 3 years now and have found it to be one of the better apartments I've lived in over the past 6 years. The biggest weak point is the complete lack of any visitor parking. It is almost as if guests are discouraged by the lack of parking close to the majority of the units. I think this is more of a problem of the overall design and little can be done to correct it. I am single but own two vehicles and there is no assigned parking for residents. I have the advantage of paying extra for a garage, but there is still a problem finding spaces for many other residents at times.
As for the college kids, while I have run into many young adults there, I find over all they are few and far between. The few that I have meet appreciate the quiet environment just as most of the residents do and have never caused any major noise problems where I am located.
The washers and dryers and the smaller size, which I don't care for but it still beats having to go to the laundry mat for this chore.
