I have live here for 4 months and can't wait to get out! Unprofessional office personnel, the maintenance in incapable of doing anything in an acceptable or timely manner. My car was broken into, and various items stolen- when I told the office personal they simply acknowledged that it has happened to someone else the night before! Despite not being "student housing" there are loud parties that go well into the morning. With all of the new housing going up in Kalamazoo I would suggest looking somewhere else.
