I have lived here since august '06 i have had numerous problems with this apartment complex, First, my car has been broken into twice since I have moved in and they just brushed it off and asked me if I had a personal grudge against someone. Second, the parking is horrible there is dedicated parking for residents and the same for guests but no one cares so it is a madhouse, when try to get the issue solved the staff blows you off. Third, the grounds keeping is horrible, with all the snow we have had they very rarly shovel, and they do not shovel at all on the weekends. The steps are very dangerous when icy and you have to tredge through the snow to get to your car. I feel that I over pay to live here for the sub-par service that I am recieving. Before you consider this apartment complex please consider this statement and all the others. They might sound like they are kids that are just nagging about this place but there is some truth to what they are saying. I am a student like the others but I still pay the same as all the others and they are not any different than the students are. But we are all recieveing a subpar service.
