Yes, this place is gorgeous, however there are many downsides that make it not worth living here! For one, the rent goes up $25 every year...you'd think they would want to give you a deal to make you stay here! Second, it takes the maintenance people forever to work on something you said needed fixing. Third, the parking is horrible. No one cares where they park (visitors and such) so when you come home late at night you can't park in front of your place. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Cars keep getting broken into and all the management staff does is send out a letter informing residents that this has occurred and they should watch their vehicles. Like anyone can watch their car 24/7 to make sure it isn't getting broken into. To make matters worse, my brother came to visit me, parked in visitor parking (which was not lit very well) and has his car broken into and some expensive stuff stolen! That same night 3 other cars had been broken into!!! Management just said that they are "working" on the issue. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT!!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT STAFF!!!
