Office staff is not overly friendly, and I never had any major problems with them because I learned early not to expect too much from corporation-run complexes. Grounds are the best around. The area that I lived in (southwest) was very quiet, but friends of mine who lived on the other side complained about loud parties. I wasn't affected by any break-ins but I did receive a memo from the office warning of people breaking in through the back deck/patio. There has been a rash of breaking and entering in that area recently as reported on the news. Our apartment was beautiful and in good repair.
