I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and I have had very few problems. While I would say that management was better when I first moved here, most of my problems are solved in a timely manner. For instance, when a tree came through our bedroom wall during a holiday weekend, the staff came out immediately. My car has never been broken into, nor has my husband's car. I do have a problem with parking, especially since the college students that live here seem to think they can park wherever they dang well feel like, regardless if it is a fire lane. I do like the fact that for the most part it is quiet here and that there are not many college students partying. If you are older or have a family, this is a nice place for you. Also, this is the nicest apartment complex that allows dogs.
*I just called maintence at 10:30 pm and they have already responded to my problem.
