Lake Forest Apartments

The Price is pretty standard in comparison for Kalamazoo, which is higher because of WMU. Every maintnance problem we have had has been taken care of promptly. What makes Lake Forest stand out is the care they take for thier property. It is constantly being groomed and cut and overall just looks good. The management is friendly and genuinely concerned for any problems you encounter. The only problems that I have encountered have been appliance problems. I've lived in many different apartments in Kalamazoo, from the old Jefferson Commons, Arboretum, and Ramble Wood and this is by far the best and most quiet place to live. I would continue to live here but I must move closer to work. As far as car break-ins those happen everywhere and is not the responsibility of an apartment complex to reimburse you or anything like that and it is foolish to believe that. Personally my car was never touched at Lake Forest, but was broken into both at RambleWood and the Jefferson Commons. Parking here has been much easier than anywhere else I have lived. The newly redone fitness center is bare bones but nice. The pool is nice and never crowded.
