The place is nice, in and out. Some kitchens are a little outdated, but just bug the office staff and they'll replace everything. They will also seem to let you do things to the apartment that your not suppose to. We had put in a wall and door for the dining room to turn it into a bedroom, they saw it, but just ingored it. We also have built a stand for the TV that goes over the stairs, which they also ignored. I have never had safety issue, and the staff is very freindly.
