I wish i would have read these reviews before i moved in! I have a rodent living in my walls which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. The office did not care at all! Also, they are supposed to be responsible for the snow removal they DO NOT take care of it at all! I fell on the steps twice and a girl fell on the ice outside the workout room and they refused to do anything! They just told me that its Michigan... and its impossible to get to each apartment to remove the snow. Although, the snow had been there for 3 days. The reason i live in an apt is because i am in grad school and work 2 jobs i don't have the time to shovel the sidewalk and steps to my apt, which is what i had to do most days. I thought this is why i pay so much rent....They never cleaned the gutters so the icicles were ridiculous plus the ice on the sidewalks was terrible. Also, there has been no upkeep. My roof is leaking, my wash machine hose burst one day, the dishwasher is disgusting and they refused to replace it, the carpet was nasty and stained when i moved in. I would strongly suggest not moving to Lake Forest, especially if you ever have guests over there is only about 10 guest parking spots, which are miles away!!

Lake Forest is Horrible the managers are idiots and the workers are lazy the apartments are old as hell my mother told me shes remebered going to parties at lake forest and she 43 years old. I also had a rodent problem at lake forest in 2007-2008 apt. 395 timber ridge drive. it was a craphole.
