I have lived in Mansard House Apartments for almost a year now and recently renewed my lease to stay until I graduate. The complex is very basic, but a great place to live. The bedrooms are big and there is 2 full bathrooms. Granted, Mansard House is not brand new, but you can't beat the rent. For what you get it's very reasonable. If you need to live in your high quality, high rent apartment, those can be found too, but for a modest person who doesn't need that type of place to make themselves feel good, Mansard House is the place for you. If it wasn't for North Campus Village vandelizing our complex (ie light posts) or White Hall catching our dumpsters on fire, Mansard house would have a better reputation than what some people rate it. The Landlord is also great, and easy to get along with. I would recommend MHA to anyone.

For anyone thinking about living at MHA, Your heat and water is included. All apartments come with an 8x8 stoage room, see thru kitchen, open floor plan, dishwasher, 2 full baths, 2 master bedrooms (12x11), security doors, Central Air, surplus of parking and visitor passes.
