The windows are really drafty. You can feel a breeze in the winter through the windows! Since they pay for heat, it seems like they'd want that fixed. I think it would be a good investment for them to get new windows and save money in the long run. You'll wake up all cramped up and feeling like crap from the draft. The living room window just gushes air. Even the blinds move when shut.

Maintenance never gets done. The new gangster type residents they have moving in here are loud 24/7. This place is always rocking due to their loud bass.
