If you want to live in the worst apartment complex, come to Mansard House. The first day we moved in our Fridge smelled horrible. There was a big hole in our bathroom wall where the towel rack used to be. Our neighbors called the police every time we played any kind of music...and this was usually at 8:30 on Saturday night. There is absolutely No visitor parking so people were getting towed every week. The painting on the walls are terribly done. Every time we ran the dishwasher, water flooded onto our kitchen floor. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was ridiculous. The maintenance person usually came 2-4 weeks after we called him. The price isn't bad because they don't offer much.
