If you are looking for perfection this is not the place for you. These are older apartments and have housed college students almost exclusivly. noise is relativly low in the complex however town houses next door are often loud on weekends. This is a nice place to live if thats what you are looking for. I enjoyed my stay there. Maintance is a little slow at times but with the age of the complex and the cobble job that was done early on ait takes longer to fix something right than just patch it up and whenever I had a problem it was fixed correctly. Guest passes and a towing policy suck if you ever have guests over and they arrive in more than 2 cars. Otherwise not to bad considering the abuse apartments recieve from college students.
