Great place for the money

I moved into MHA last August, and I've really liked it so far. My roommates and I were looking for something very affordable that was within walking distance to WMU. We found that at MHA.
It's not the Ritz Carlton by any means. The property is old and is beginning to really show it's age. The carpet in the hallways is really worn out and usually dirty, and the front door gets propped open quite often, which gets annoying in the winter.
But--the inside of my apartment is very nice, and we love it. The carpet is in very good shape, and management has replaced our stove, dishwasher and refrigerator since we moved in. We have all new appliances!
The property changed management recently, and since then, the quality of living here has done a complete 180. Maintanence is better and more efficient, and the property manager is committed to making updates and improving the overall quality of MHA. Plus, she's really nice and very flexible.
If you're a college student, and you need a cheap, relatively quiet place close to campus, I'd definitely recommend MHA.
