This place is awful!! There is never any lighting outside even though I have asked them to fix it multiple times. I have had over $100 worth of clothing stolen out of the dryers, I have to now go to a laundry mat. It is so noisy I can never sleep through an entire night. The parking lot is nothing but ice in the winter. The stairway window has been broken out three times. I have been charged 5 late fees for my rent even though I have never ever paid it late!! I refused to pay any of them. Management is the least helpful group of people I have ever met, and they are always away at lunch. I never have hot water to shower with. All the apliances are old and berly work, I can't even use the oven anymore because it burns everything within 5 minutes. I can not wait to get out of this place, I'v even considered paying the fine to break the lease and get the hell out of here!! I'm counting the days until my new apartment elsewhere opens up.

I feel like I was slowly going insane because of the tremendous lack of sleep I got due to the loud drunks that had no business going to college in the first place. I would down pot after pot of coffee in the morning, when I finally gave up on trying to sleep (I gave it four tries, then I'd get up, call the police to tell them about the party in the parking lot, which they never came to check, then made coffee) and later in the day). The experience going to WMU was wonderful overall, but it's mainly because I moved into another place near Knollwood Park, and I only woke up twice due to ------ bass and drunk people in the 15 months I was at that particular place. The office has squirrel photos in it. They still have 100% rec. rate too. I remember, at one point, I bought industrial strength headphones and slept in the walk-in closet with a fan on so that I could get some decent rest before finals. Extreme, when you consider that the staff just let these inconsiderate delinquents run the place THAT I WAS PAYING FOR, AND ON TIME!
