I lived at Peppertree For about Three years The apartment was cozy, but the staff and maintenace were very bad. I devolped a leak in my bathroom ceiling which they never fixed untill I announced I was leaving. I had a person that moved in upstairs from me that played there music loud enough for the entire complex to hear and the staff never did nothing about it. Even after I compliened about it several times. I finally moved out when the roaches moved in. With the dark parking lots and the trash that was in them. I would not recommand this complex to anyone.
