I have lived at Peppertree for several years. I chose Peppertree because of the friendly management and low rent price. In the time that I have been here the management has changed twice. Once was to transfer the original manager to a new location and the other was to bring her back to us. The only problem that I had that did not get immediate attention was while Tina, the original and current manager, was transferred away. The problem was immediatly resolved upon her return. A previous post mentioned roaches and loud neighbors. I would like to address these issues in fairness to the readers. I realized that the person that posted the review lived at Peppertree several years before I moved in and therefore I can not deny or confirm what they saw. But I am currently living here unlike that poster and I have NEVER seen a roach nor do I have a problem with noisy neighbors. At one point there was a neighbor who was loud but the problem was resolved immediatly by the manager. I would recommend this community to anyone especially with the current manager. Tina treats her residents as family not numbers which I can say from experiance does not happen often. This is a wonderful, well kept place to live.
