I was so happy to leave this place. I lived here several years ago, so take my comments with the grain of salt called 'time'. When Phoenix Properties owned it, everything was fine, but then a new out-of-town company bought it around 1999 or so, and everything went downhill from there. The management treated me terribly, even though I was a long-term and well-behaved resident, and tried to take me for a lot of money when I moved out for 'damages' that were simply normal wear-and-tear. (Luckily I knew a lawyer.) Check the management company before you move in - maybe things have changed since then, but I have always told people to avoid it in the years since I moved out. Plus I didn't feel safe there - there were always strangers knocking on the door or cars broken into.

Are you kidding me? I have also been living at Peppertree for many years and love it here, if you were a pig and messed the place up, that your fault, not the management companies, the people that work here are awesome and take care of all of our needs, phonix made this place a dump, not the new company....i would highly recommend Peppertree, oh and by the way...all communities get cars broken into, it just happens.
