I am still fairly new to Peppertree. I have lived here for 9 months and think the Manager and the staff here are top notch. I wasnt one of the ones that sprung a leak so i cant comment on that but these people go above and beyond their jobs, for instance, I had to leave town for a few days and couldnt take my dog with me, not knowing to many people here at the time I asked the manager (Tina) for advise and she voluntered to watch her for me, she not only watched my dog for me but also checked my mail and set it on my table for me, there have been many times when i had to work late and Tina would put my packages in my apartment for me. Roy has watched out for me and has helped me when i have been in a bind. I love going into the office, Tina is always smiling or being goofy and always makes me laugh, I feel like i am part of a real family here so despite what that kook mykzoofamily says, I have no plans on leaving here until i get a house

I have lived at Peppertree over a year now,and I can't say enough good things about the apartment complex itself but the real jewel at Peppertree is the staff.They go far above and beyond any call of duty.Tina, the manager is always friendly and welcoming.She and her family have taken care of my critters when I have to work late,all I do is call and I know I can entrust her or her girls to take good care of my babies. I recently had surgery and was in the hospital for three days,Tina and her family cared for my cats,coming over several times a day to play and take care of them.I was here when we "sprung a leak". It happened when we had those mild days during the winter and the ice built up over the evestroughs,the evestroughs fell ripping some of the siding off due to the weight of the ice.I felt the leak was fixed in a timely manner.The sister building to Peppertree was hit harder than we were and the repairs were rightly so done there first.The person who did the complaining has an uneutered male dog(large) who was protective of what he considered his territority and could be threatening.Any time I've required any type of maintaince Roy has come the same day to fix the situation.Tina,Roy,and Glen are always pleasant and very friendly,greeting each resident by name.I go to the office quite frequently just to say hi to Tina and haven't ever heard her gossip about the other residents, she's always been professional regarding the other residents.Tina smoking pot with the residents is ludicrous. The only time I've seen issues with residents is when they're doing something they shouldn't or they slam Tina because they don't pay their rent in a timely manner and want to see themselves as victems.I haven't had anything but a positive experience living here at Peppertree and would recommend living here to anyone I know.Carolyn Stinson
