Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
They are not the newest...but Redwood and West Campus offer so much beyond the frills of the new complexes. Tired of listening to your neighbors thru thin walls....live here. Tired of paying heat bills...live here. Tired of driving to campus...live here. Tired of management that doesn't care about the tenants...live here. Need flexible leasing options....live here. No one is perfect, but I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live during college.
