These apartments are well kept and well maintained by the maintenance staff. If i had any problems with anything in the unit the maintenance people were prompt and often there within minutes of my call. The apartment walls are made of cement which keeps the majority of noise out. The laundry facilities are free for residents (they provide a key), cable is included in your rent (4 HBO channels), heat is also included in your rent, western michigan is 5 minutes away and you are right next to Knollwood park which has a Disc Golf course. During my stay there I came to the conclusion that these are the best located apartments in Kalamazoo (there is also a pool, with a 10 foot end).
