Firstly, the studio & single bedroom apartments are located amidst beautiful green surroundings & look very cute and beautiful.

Most important factor is that the management is very good with a good team of maintenance staff. Any work orders are considered seriously and attended promptly.

The management gives high priority to our service & at the same time they see to it that all other tenants are also given the same privilege. They are very well organized. All in all they do their job perfectly well and make it easy for us to live there comfortably.

We lived there for 17 months & had no issues whatsoever. Also they are very flexible for example when we had to leave to our home country for the whole summer, we just had to handover our keys to them & didnt have to pay any rent for the 4 months at all.

To sum it up : neat place
well maintained
very understanding management
cute location
very close to campus
student friendly - with quiet zone especially during exam week
fun place too...

I would recommend this as a first choice to anybody and I am sure they wont regret living in Redwood apartments.
