Very disappointed with the Guy Management(Ralph)..His face always like a bull ----!!I hate him so so much..But the other women is better than him..And the buildings are old..Disappointed!!

Wow you didn't realize they were old before you rented? I agree they're old but well maintained. They held up a lot longer than Knollwood. But aren't they still having major problems?

No, I understand what he means. until you move in you don't understand the problems the apartments have because of their age. ie; wiring and such. Please tell me how you 'realize that' before you rent?
