about a month after i moved into my ground floor apartment, i turned my dishwasher on and swarms of bugs came out of it, it took hours to vacuum them all up, ,we told maintenance, they didn't do anything the first time, then a month later it happened again, they had pest control come in, and terminix, and they couldn't figure out what kind of bug it was, rose said they ter termites, terminix said they were some kind of ant, so they wouldn't spray or doing anyting, but thankfully they never returned. secondly, the boards unter our bathtub broke, so the tub sinked like 4 inches, i didn't have a tub to use for a week, i had to use the bathroom of a vacant apartment that was being painted for new tenants to move in, well, i got home one night from work 11:30 pm mind you, to take a shower, we had to bring our shower curtain over the the other bathroom, there was some lady in the apartment painting in the middle of the night, using my shower curtain as a drop cloth. i complained to mgt, they didn't care. my windows, well, i couldn't even get them to shut for ----, they were so drafty in the winter, my plants that were in fron of them died from being cold. the bathroom was always freezing. i had my cable to my bedroom shut of accidently by charter because they thought i was stealing cable, a sex offender moved into 611 103 right before we moved, the swingset had been wreked by the older kids in the complex. the sink is only one sided, and the dishwashers don't work for ----, so if you move here, use disposable dishes. walls and celiengs are paper thin. i could hear everything the kid upstairs cried, or the people on the other side of the hall had sex.
