I have lived here for nearly a year and have very few complaints. The buildings are outdated and definitely not visually appealing until you get inside the actual apartment. My apartment is huge and very clean. My neighbors are all very pleasant and respectful. This is the type of place that you don't have to worry about your car being broken into (my girlfriend has a habit of leaving her doors unlocked and her MP3 player sitting out and we have never had a problem) or your kids playing outside unsupervised. It's close to everything but still has all the benefits of a small community. When I first moved in we had a horrible storm and a window was cracked. Management fixed it immediately and I didn't even realize they had replaced it until I opened my shades two day later as they left my apartment in perfect condition.
