The management of Regenct Square Apartments in Kalamazoo does not take action against excessive noise from tenants, including disturbances at night. Letters are sent to the offenders, but as long as their rent checks keep coming, so does the disrespect to other tenants. Staff is friendly and the apartments are attractive overall, but if you want a safe and peaceful living environment take your time and look elsewhere. It'll be worth the effort in the long run.
