Wildlife is not always a good thing!

I had field mice in my walls. Every night I laid awake to hear a scratching in my walls. I reported the problem many times and the office said there was nothing they could do.
My ceiling in the bathroom started to bubble down. I called in a maintenance request and by the time I got back from work my ceiling had caved in. Evidently the upstairs apartment toilet continuously leaked and was never repaired correctly...gross!
In the week it took for the ceiling to "dry out" I had an open whole in my ceiling. "Yeah, one of the Field mice finally got out" unfortunately it escaped into my apartment.
When I moved out they charged me $18 for a round light bulb that was burnt out around the mirror in the bathroom, $25 for a set of drip pans, and finally $250 for a corner of the ceramic looking sink that I found out was plastic when I set my curling iron down on it....oops my bad, who uses plastic sinks''' A lesson paid in full!
