Saddle Creek is perfect for me - surrounded by nature but with easy access to the highway and Kalamazoo proper. The residents are quiet and pleasant. Since last year, the management has improved dramatically. Cathy, the site manager, is extremely responsive and helpful. Maintenance issues - which are few - are attended to very quickly.

I would like to see a bit more care taken by residents to keep the area around the garbage bins cleaner - like if the nearest bin is full, use another one!
