Sage Terrace Review.

I've lived here for two and a half years and I really am fond of this place. I'm a twenty-five year old college student well past the house party stage, so this complex is perfect for me. It's quiet, close to everything and reasonably priced. In addition, the landlords are very efficient and polite; in the rare instance that things do break down, they have been taken care of that day.
It isn't a hip, fashionable place to live, I suppose, but it's structurally sound and the apartments are rather large - the bedrooms are huge and the kitchen is pretty big as well. I like the fact that, after living in houses for five years, I still feel like my privacy is being respected and, as a single female living alone, I've never felt insecure or unsafe in my apartment.
The only thing I dislike about my particular apartment is that it's on the lower level, so not much light moves through and it tends to get a bit dank and damp.
I think this place would be best for older college students or couples. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
