I have lived at Sage Terrace for the past 2 years and another 2 years a few years back. It is a great place to live. I have lived in both the 1 and 2 bedroom apartment. The Living room and Bedrooms are large, The Maintenance is wonderful and it is a for the most part a quiet place to live. They do not charge a monthly fee for cat's and every apartment comes with a carport. One of the best things is that the there is only the electric bill (besides phone and cable) and my bill has always been under $40.00. (both apartments)

There is only 3 things that I wish these apartments had, washer/dryers in the apartment, central air and a dishwasher. The upper units get very warm in the summer and it is hard to keep the back bedroom cool with the living room a/c unit. I would recommend Sage to anyone.
