We moved here about 9 months ago and it has not been the worst place to live nor the best. We were told that if we sign at least a 9 month lease we would get an apartment with a dishwasher. They failed to mention that it would not be installed till after we had lived here for 5 months. During the summer there was a college student that lived in our building. She would have parties 4 to 5 nights a week and they would all stand outside smoking, drinking and being loud. In the morning after a party there would be beer cans and broken glasses all over the place that she never would pick up. In October I was woken up to some trying to force their way into my apartment. It was maintence and the door was bolted and would not take that as a hint to go away we are sleeping. It turned out that someone had complained about their heat not working and they were checking the building. I personally do not feel that the heat is reason enough to enter my apartment without permission in October. The lady that lives above us stomps on her floor at ramdom times during the day and night. It sounds like she is about to bring down our ceiling. She wakes us up to vacumming at six oclock in the morning. It took them all summer to get around to fixing the huge potholes. Now that it is winter they never shovel or salt the sidewalks. You have to walk on almost pure ice if it gets warm one day and cold the next. They have the worst people plowing the driveways. They do a really bad job doing it and if you try to leave while they are plowing they continue what they are doing and will not move so you back out or leave. I had heard such great things about it before. But since the new owners took over it has gone downhill.
