I thought this place was very reasonably priced, more spacious than most other kalamazoo apartments, and had friendly staff. Every maintenance request that was made was taken care of by the latest, within five days. Staff very approachable and and in some cases went above and beyond being helpful. The pot-holes were a bit of an issue but if you took your time driving through the parking lot, they didn't affect you. My neighbors were great, every now and then we could hear small children running above us but you're going to have that in an apartment complex. I would recommend this place to everyone!
