we had the worst experience at seville. we had a dirty apartment to move into, everything was very old and worn. much different then the model we looked at. we had several things stolen off of our porch(partly the mail mans fault), our trucks were broken into twice, there is no lighting in the parking lot and the office manager Emelio is the rudest man alive. He could careless about your problems.

I used to live at Seville and when Emilio was the manager, he was always very helpful. Having belongings taken from your porch and your truck broken into is unfortunate but hardly the fault of the manager.

My apartment was spotless when I moved in. Brand new carpet and they repainted all the walls for me! Sounds like maybe you just got unlucky.
