When I first moved in 2003 I felt pretty safe and the place was ok.. But in the 2 years I lived here the quality of people that moved in drastically went downhill... I was disappointed when I read of drug bust online in the apartment complex that even the staff didnt know about till I informed them... But pretty much if you left unruly people alone they would leave u alone. But the straw that broke the camels back was the issues I had with the A/C that left me with wet floors for nearly a month and a mildew smell that you couldnt get rid of... I would say if u can afford to live some place better then u should and leave this circus to the college kids and the drug dealers.....
