Pros -

716 Square Feet for $500 a month.
Free water.
Free Gas for Heat/Stove.
Central AC
Relatively Quiet (most noise from parking lot vehicles, and people who hang out, and Amtrak horns).
Lots of trees.
Room for storage.
On site laundry.
Adequete parking.
Location.
Never had theft problems.

Cons-
Bugs that come in from outside in spring (mainly earwigs).
VERY hard water (it is just minerals, and they are healthy, BUT when they flush the system monthly your water will be brown from all the mineral deposits in the line. Plan on buying a bottle of AJAX every three months to clean sinks, toilet and tub).
People do walk through the complex all the time, but it's huge, and what's so bad about not being lazy and walking to the office, gas station or pizza place instead of getting in your car and driving.
Abandoned vehicles a problem.
Lighting is poor (never had a problem though).
Building are old and they show it.
Very poor noise insulation (fortunately never had a loud neighbor, and it was almost always quiet here).
Furnace/AC is located NEXT to bedroom, major construction mistake, although it was never noisy enough to wake me up or keep me up, it didn't make much sense to locate it there and would have been nice not to have it in that spot.

Overall, it's alright. I never had problems here and most neighbors are respectful and don't blast music in there apartments at all hours of the night (cars are a different story though). My advice though is to lock EVERYTHING and not leave anything of value in your vehicle. But that isn't unique to Seville, to me that's common sense. I also suggest getting an apartment that is not facing the parking lot to reduce noise, as that's where most of it comes from.
