Hi everyone. Hopefully you can give me some updates on Seville. My daughter is going to Western this fall and let me tell you there are bad ratings everywhere. Even in the more expensive apartments. Her friend and her both liked these the best so far. Got any advice for this Dad' She saw a 1 bedroom B model and they were very nice. Is this a front to get them in there' I am an attorney(small town) but I really don't want to have to worry about this and then have to sue them. Get back with me okay'

I used to live there and have been in the Kalamazoo area for over 40 years. The model is truly like the vacant apartments. The management company has a very good reputation with over 50 apartment communiites in several states. Problems exist everywhere, just make sure your daughter and her friend understand the rules and lease requirements no matter where she lives. And all females should take standard precautions, using locks, etc.
