I lived at Seville Apartments for a year and a half; and I had nothing but good experiences. My building consisted primarily of families (I was in college at the time) and so the atmosphere was very subdued...no parties to speak of, which I loved.

The apartment had some general issues, but maintenance was always very prompt at fixing the problems. I, nor any of my neighbors ever had any problems with our vehicles being broken into. The buildings are a bit old, but the complex is great about trying to update them--they've been re-carpeting and putting new cabinets into the units as they are vacated.

Even though I was a college-age female living alone, I never felt unsafe living here.

Overall, it was a great experience, and the apartment was much nicer than several I grew up in.
