Don't waste your time. First the management is ran by a bunch of retarded people. Sharon the leasing agent will tell all she knows about you to other residents. The people who lives on the lower level pay only $20 a month while you could be paying $1000. The noise is horrible, the hospital helicopter is very noisey and the EMS ambulance will drive you nuts. Sharon the leasing manager should be fired for disclosing residents business to one another. If you like TV, forget that too because you cannot get cable or direct because the owner would lose to much money if everyone stop paying the $20 fee for his -------- cable stations. Do not waste your time unless you do not need sleep and peace. The place is crappy and not worth the money when you can go a few blocks downtown and really get a nice luxury apartment.

tell me tell me where downtown to get a nice lux apt. Nearly all reviews of the entire county are like yours. If it isn't noise it is poor maintenance or some infestation or another.

I live on the elderly/disabled side of this building. We don't "just pay $20." There has been a total revamping of managment, including for this 'luxery apartment' condo side, Sharon no longer works there (I had occasion to deal with her and yes she was pretty goofy but she's gone now). With new management we've been informed that we most certainly can pay to have our own little DISH tv isntalled if we like(providing you happen to be on the side facing sw so it could be installed) I would assume its the same for your rich kids' side as well. Its still incredibly loud here, probably louder for us on the lower floors.
